Steak Seasoning: here's an easy and delicious copycat recipe for the Montreal Steak Seasoning: 2 tablespoons paprika, 2 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper, 1 tablespoon kosher/coarse salt, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, 1 tablespoon onion powder, 1 tablespoon coriander, 1 tablespoon dill, 1/2 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes. This marinade is perfection. These are amazing! I didn’t have the Montreal Seasoning so used Mrs Dash Steak Seasoning which I had on hand. My dinner plans kept putting put off and these pork chops were sitting in the marinate for over 72 hours. I don’t ever cook meat. I usually serve with a baked potato, but my daughter loves them with wild rice.
