The milk is a tiny bit grainy but usable.i put it in the food processor each morning to blend it again 2 times. But as I drank my coffee, it seemed to settle and my coffee got thicker and thicker. Not enough that I can’t use it but I did notice the grit in the last couple sips of my coffee.
