I was able to connect my epics and ubisoft account these are the steps that i followed, First you need to set a browser as a primary, so go into settings> apps> default apps>Web Browser (select what ever is your prefrenced Browser), second... open your epic games launcher then click the Division to where it says we will refresh the page, finally go into that prefrenced browser and log on to Obisoft and put in your details then now it should actually reroute and refresh the page to link the two accounts.... i hope this was helpful.
